SPRING WINDOW DISPLAY. April 2009

A happy Spring Window display for Shepherds bookbinding shop at:
76 Southampton Row, London WC1B 4AR.

To do this Spring themed window display I painted directly onto the glass with white pen markers and sticked on the inside some cut out leaves of green tissue paper to add color to the composition. I also used cut out bits of Chyiogami paper (japanese decorative paper available in the shop) to complete the leaves in the flowers.

Because of the nature of the glass these photographs don’t do justice to the window as it is impossible to avoid all the different reflections.
So if you are by any chance around the area, please visit it! much nicer for real!
